Privacy requests
Account & data deletion
You can delete your signed-in Horyzon account from the app. If you cannot access the app or need help with a privacy request, contact us and we will help verify the request.
Delete from the app
- 1 Open Horyzon on your iPhone.
- 2 Go to Settings.
- 3 In Danger Zone, choose Delete Account and confirm.
What this deletes
- Server-side account information tied to your signed-in account.
- AI usage history and AI chat history stored on Horyzon servers.
- Other server-side records that can be deleted under applicable law.
Important notes
- The in-app deletion flow preserves local portfolios and settings on your device. You can remove local portfolio data separately in the app or by removing app data from your device.
- Deleting your Horyzon account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions in Apple subscription settings.
- Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute reasons.

Send an account or data deletion request by email to hello@horyzonapp.com.
If possible, include the sign-in method or email you used, your approximate last use date, and what you want deleted. We aim to complete verified eligible deletion requests within 30 days.
