• Financial Portfolio Data: To generate insights, you input assets, holdings, and transactions. We do not sell this data to hedge funds, brokerages, or advertisers.
• Device & Usage Data: We automatically collect anonymized diagnostic data, crash reports (via Sentry), and usage metrics to ensure a smooth native iOS experience.

2. Artificial Intelligence & Your Data

Horyzon utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (including models from OpenAI and Google Gemini) to provide personalized portfolio risk assessments and insights.

• Strict Isolation: We send only the minimum required data to these AI models via secure, enterprise-level APIs.
• No Public Training: We enforce strict agreements ensuring that your financial data is NEVER used to train public AI models.

3. How We Share Your Information

We are not a data broker. We only share data with trusted third-party infrastructure partners strictly necessary to operate the app:

• Cloud Hosting & Database: Google Cloud / Firebase for secure, encrypted data storage.
• Subscriptions: RevenueCat and Apple App Store to securely process your premium subscriptions.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if legally required to do so by a valid court order or subpoena.

4. Bank-Level Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption (in transit and at rest) to protect your net worth tracking. We retain your personal and financial information only for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our active databases.

They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. 2. AI & Data Disclaimer

Horyzon utilizes Artificial Intelligence to analyze data and generate insights. While we strive for high accuracy, AI can occasionally make errors or "hallucinate" information. You agree to independently verify any data, quotes, or insights provided by the AI before acting upon them.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Horyzon for any illegal activities or to track illegally acquired assets.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Spam, bypass, or overload our AI infrastructure or APIs.

4. Intellectual Property

The Horyzon app, its original content, features, glassmorphic UI design, and functionality are owned by Horyzon and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Horyzon and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, or data loss resulting from your use of the app or reliance on its insights. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved first through informal negotiations for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, rather than in court.
